If you have been in the remodeling industry awhile, you may have heard the term “scope creep” before. You know – where your client adds a few things here and there, last minute nicer finishes, or the dreaded “while you are already here or up there” scope changes.

We will have an open discussion and share best practices of how to manage scope creep before, during, and after your project.
