You know   where your client adds a few things here and there\, last minute nicer finishes\, or the dreaded "while you are already here or up there" scope changes.\n\n\n\nWe will have an open discussion and share best practices of how to manage scope creep before\, during\, and after your project.\n\n\n\nFor in-person roundtable\, soft drinks and water as well as dessert will be provided.
