- How to structure the interview to identify top qualified candidates & ask the right questions
- Conduct a realistic job preview
When looking at the science, we’ll cover:
- The importance of the structured interview and why you should use a scoring guide
- Comparing and selecting the right candidate
- Retaining your interview notes for the required legal duration
