"Increasing Personal Effectiveness Through Insight Discovery" is a concept that focuses on enhancing an individual's ability to perform and communicate more effectively by gaining insights into their own behavior and the behavior of others. This field training includes:
- A “Putting it Into Action” post-training activity for participants to complete and use for discussion with #2.
- A Manager’s post-training coaching guide to increase the transfer of learning effectiveness that results in behavior and performance enhancements.
Upskill Package: $270 for one (1) registration for six (6) sessions: Registration includes meal, certificate of completion and CEU's. Must be a member to be eligible. Member pricing per event $55; Non-member pricing per event $70.
Cancellation policy: 21 days before the event, we will give a 75% refund. 14 days before the event, we will give a 50% refund. 7 days before the event, there will be no refunds, though we may be able to apply this credit to another event – you must contact the Remodeling Institute office at (913) 362-8833.
