The National Association of the Remodeling Industry - Kansas City Chapter (NARI KC) Education Committee is pleased to host in person study group for the Certified Lead Carpenter (CLC) certification. Led by a course instructor, this a  live interactive groups to assist the student in preparing for the certification examination scheduled for December 4 – 17, 2023.

Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years continuous experience in the remodeling industry.

Application Process

• The national application fee is $400 for members and $600 for nonmembers.

• Online testing December 4 – 17, 2023.

Kansas City Study Group

• 10 weeks
• Every Tuesday starting September 26 – November 28, 2023, from 4:30-6:30 pm
• Study Group meets at NARI KC Office and includes dinner and soda/water.
• Includes 20 CE.
• Instructor: Donald Richeson, CRPM
• The Kansas City study group fee is $350 for members and $450 for nonmembers.
• Registration instructions for the study are included in the national application process.

Future study groups will be scheduled to support the NARI National certification exam periods, May 6 – 19, 2024, August 12 – 25, 2024 and December 2 – 15, 2024.

ABOUT CERTIFIED LEAD CARPENTER (CLC)
CLCs are expert hands-on field professionals who oversee every on-site aspect of the project, such as personnel management, subcontractor management, scheduling, safety, administration, customer satisfaction, etc. while also working on the site.
