He has been in his current position for over 10 years.  Eric is a certified installer and an accredited instructor for Installation Masters.  He is well versed in residential\, light commercial and commercial installation applications.  He will cover: \n\n	Weather resistant barriers (WRB)\n	Sill pan types and options\n	Sealant and flashing suggestions and compatibility discussion\n	Shimming techniques\n	Plumb\, level\, square and true as it relates to a successful installation\n	Proper flashing techniques\n	High pressure skirt application\n	Installation finishing techniques\n\nThis will be accomplished through presentation\, demonstration and discussion.  Eric will also be available to answer questions following the presentation
